...The Flood Advisory continues for the following rivers in Idaho...

  Portneuf River at Topaz affecting Bannock County.

.Warm temperatures are melting high mountain snowpack and increasing
river flows. The stage of the Portneuf in this stretch is still very
close to flood stage.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

If you are in the advisory area, remain alert to possible flooding
or the possibility of the advisory being upgraded to a warning.

...FLOOD ADVISORY FOR SNOWMELT REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER
NOTICE...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by snowmelt continues.

* WHERE...Portneuf River at Topaz.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 4.0 feet, Lowland and crop field flooding possible
  from Pebble Creek to Inkom.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:15 AM MDT Tuesday the stage was 3.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    just after midnight tonight to a crest of 4.1 feet tomorrow
    morning. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow
    morning.
  - Action stage is 3.5 feet.
  - Flood stage is 4.0 feet.
